Footnotes:
(14) Field Interview with Mr. Bay, Thai truck driver, Poipet, Cambodia, December 2004.  Additionally, during December 2004, substantial footage was recorded in Poipet of Thai trucks being loaded with the metal casings of munitions and crossing the border into Thailand. Mulitple interviews with the drivers of the trucks, and with the owners of the scrap yards yielded the destinations of the trucks, and the names of the purchasing factories.
